Experience: 1 to 3 years Key Responsibilities: • Develop and write content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials to engage the target audience. • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers • Meet and exceed sales targets • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives • Research topics and industry trends to produce relevant and up-to-date content. • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout. • Adapt content tone and style according to the target audience and platform requirements. • Edit and proofread content produced by team members or external contributors to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency with brand voice. • Optimize digital content using SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement. • Analyze content performance metrics and use insights for content improvement and strategy refinement. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content marketing campaigns. • Ensure compliance with copyright and legal requirements in content creation and publishing. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio of published articles. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong command of the English language. • Ability to conduct high-quality research and stay up-to-date with industry trends. • Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into compelling written content. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
